Personal Data Protection (KVKK) and Cookie Policy

a) Data Controller

Pursuant to KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), your personal data will be processed by TopTel, in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

b) The Purposes for Which Your Personal Data Will Be Processed

The personal data obtained through the Contact Form is processed by TopTel solely for the purposes of conducting communication activities and following up on requests and complaints.

c) Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data and the Legal Grounds

Your collected personal data is processed automatically by electronic means on the legal ground set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that "data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."

d) Categories and Types of Personal Data Subject to Processing

The following personal data will be obtained from you within the scope of the Contact Form: Identity Information (First Name and Surname), Contact Information (E-mail Address, Telephone Number, Mobile Number).

e) To Whom and for Which Purposes Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data specified in paragraph (d) of this disclosure statement may be transferred in line with the fulfilment of the purposes specified in paragraph (c) and limited to the fulfilment of those purposes, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set out in Article 8 of the KVKK and limited to the purposes stated above.

h) Your Rights Under the KVKK as a Personal Data Owner

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, which governs the rights of the data subject, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, either in writing to our Company's address at Gülağacı Sok. No:22, Küçükbakkalköy, 34750 - Ataşehir / İstanbul, or by e-mail to info@toptel.com.tr from the e-mail address you provided on the Contact Form. As TopTel, we conclude your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, should the process require an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
