Yes. TopTel Türkiye has been the Turkey authorized distributor of Gigabyte Enterprise (servers, GPU systems, server motherboards and advanced cooling) since 2026. Consumer products are not in our portfolio.
How are Gigabyte server prices determined?
Pricing depends on chassis/model, CPU, memory, disk and GPU configuration. Use "Request a Quote" on any catalog model for pricing within 1 business day.
What is the lead time for Gigabyte servers?
Lead time depends on the model and configuration; the exact lead time is confirmed in the quote. Servers built on NVIDIA HGX are supplied to order, with a typical lead time of 16 weeks or more.
What about Gigabyte warranty and service?
Warranty coverage and term depend on the model and are stated in the quote. After the sale, we stand by our partners for maintenance, repair and technical support.
Can I buy Gigabyte servers with NVIDIA H100, H200 or B200 GPUs?
Yes. NVIDIA HGX-based Gigabyte G-series servers are supplied to order; lead time depends on GPU availability. Typical lead time is 16+ weeks. See GIGAPOD for rack-scale deployments.
What is GIGAPOD?
GIGAPOD is Gigabyte's turnkey AI/HPC infrastructure combining GPU servers, networking, liquid cooling and the GPM management suite at rack scale — delivered in Turkey with TopTel and QPS engineering.
Are Gigabyte servers compatible with Sangfor HCI?
Yes. In TopTel's GigaX architecture, Gigabyte rack servers are validated with Sangfor HCI.
Who should I contact for Gigabyte consumer products?
TopTel distributes only the Gigabyte Enterprise (server) line. For consumer products, contact Gigabyte's consumer distributors in Turkey.
