What exactly does TopTel do?
TopTel is the value-added distributor in Turkey for Avaya, Extreme Networks, Ruijie, Gigabyte, Sangfor, TerraMaster and Fanvil. Beyond supplying products, we support our partners’ projects end to end with pre-sales engineering, stock, training and after-sales support.
Do you sell directly to end users?
No. TopTel is a distributor; we deliver products and solutions through a network of authorized partners (resellers, system integrators, solution partners). If you are an end user, we can direct you to a partner that fits your needs.
How can I become a TopTel partner?
You can apply via the form on our Partnership page. Our team will get in touch shortly to discuss the brands and business model best suited to your field of activity.
Do you provide pre-sales engineering and technical support?
Yes. From product selection to project design, deployment and after-sales support, our engineering team stands with our partners. For complex projects we offer solution architecture and proof-of-concept (PoC) support.
What is GigaX?
GigaX is TopTel’s turnkey integrated infrastructure platform built from the brands we distribute. It unifies server, storage, network and security components into a single system, designed and deployed with QPS engineering.
How do warranty and RMA work?
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty. For faulty products we manage the RMA (return/replacement) process on behalf of our partners and coordinate with the manufacturer.
Do you offer training and certification?
Yes. We run regular training and certification programs to help our partners’ technical teams gain expertise in the technologies we distribute.
